Velocity Motors was created around a simple idea: the experience of buying an exceptional vehicle should match the vehicle itself.
Our Philosophy
Selective rather
than sales-driven.
Most dealerships optimise for turnover. That means stocking what arrives, moving it quickly, and treating specification as a detail. We optimise for the opposite: a small collection, chosen deliberately, where every car can be explained properly.
It means fewer vehicles on the floor and longer conversations about each one. It also means we can tell you why a car is here — and, occasionally, why a car you asked about isn’t.

How We Source
Four checks
before it’s ours.
Acquisition is the part of the business that determines everything after it. These are the gates every vehicle passes through.

Targeted, not opportunistic
We buy against a list, not against whatever is available. If the specification isn't one an enthusiast would have ordered, we pass — regardless of the price.

Provenance before polish
Ownership history, service file, accident record and import documentation are verified first. A clean car with a murky file is still a murky file.
- 03
Inspected, not assumed
Every vehicle goes through a 150-point mechanical and cosmetic inspection in our own workshop, including paint depth readings and underbody review.

Priced from the market
Our asking price reflects real Canadian retail results for comparable cars. We'd rather explain a number once than negotiate it three times.
Our Standards

These aren’t aspirations. They’re the four commitments every client receives, written down so they can be checked.
No undisclosed work
If a panel has been refinished or a component replaced, it appears in the listing. We would rather lose a sale than lose your trust later.
Published labour and fees
Administration fees, documentation charges and labour rates are printed. Nothing appears on an invoice that wasn't quoted first.
Records handed over
Service history, both keys, manuals and the inspection report go with the car. If something is missing, we say so before you commit.
Delivery done properly
Enclosed transport anywhere in Canada, with photo updates in transit and a full tank on arrival.

A deliberately small space: cars staged at eye level with room to walk around them, lighting set for paint rather than for photographs, and no desk between you and the vehicle.
Viewings are by appointment so a specialist can be present and the car can be prepared. We’ll also arrange a viewing at your office or home anywhere in the GTA.

No sales floor, no commission-chasing handovers. The person who sources the car is the person who can explain its history, and the person who delivers it handles your follow-up.

Twenty years in the Canadian performance market, eight of them sourcing for private collections. Alex writes the acquisition criteria every car here has to clear.
Julian Hart
Vehicle Acquisition
Julian handles provenance research and inspection before a vehicle is offered. If a car has an unresolved service gap, he is the one who finds it.
Marcus Chen
Performance Specialist
Former race engineer, now responsible for our workshop and technical writing. Marcus signs off on every mechanical inspection report we publish.
Sophia Bennett
Client Experience
Sophia manages viewings, transport and delivery across Canada. Most clients deal with her from first enquiry to handover keys.
